Meet Lauren:
The teacher behind Mornington Peninsula Tutoring

Lauren is a qualified Primary School Teacher, who has a bachelor degree in Primary Education from Deakin University in Victoria. She has over eight years experience teaching and tutoring children, and has worked in a variety of educational settings. She has worked in schools, managed OSHC services, as a private tutor and as a sports coach. After working for a tutoring agency for several years, she decided that tutoring was her main passion and one that she wanted to further pursue. She enjoys working with children of all ages, and enjoys being able to tailor individual learning plans to suit her students. Lauren's specialist areas are Primary Maths and English, as well as Pre-School skills and Homeschooling support. 

She now enjoys managing all administration of the MPT business, whilst still tutoring part time and juggling her very active toddler son; Dylan. 

Lauren has a dedicated team of tutors who service the Mornington Peninsula area. All MPT's tutors are either qualified Teachers, education students or have academic University level qualifications. All tutors are chosen personally by Lauren, are given support and planning information, and also have appropriate registrations and working with children checks.
